Delivery Information

Delivery will be made to the address provided by you at the time of ordering. Delivery should be within four working days of the working day after you place your order. We will make every effort to ensure delivery within the time specified, however delivery times quoted are only approximate and we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from the failure to meet advertised delivery time due to circumstances which can be reasonably considered to be out of our control. 

Risk of damage or loss of goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the specified address.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If goods ordered arrive in a damaged condition you must notify us within 24 hours of reciept stating your name and address an the nature of the damage. Any shortfall in delivery should also be notified in the same way. Failure to notify will deem that you have accepted the goods.

We will replace any damaged/shortfall goods at our expense. 

Our carriers will not acccept responsibilty for damaged goods beyond a period of 24 hours from acceptance by you.

If goods ordered are considered by you to be defective in any way, you must notify us as soon as practically possible. Our representative will contact you and arrange a site visit to you in order to assess the product. If the goods are deemed to be defective we will replace them at our expense or refund in full if required.

It is your responsibility to check the product and colour prior to application. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to the application of a product deemed to be faulty by us, if applied by you without first checking its suitability and colour.
